Somebody decided the heat should come up through the floor.

Not a vent. Not a rattling baseboard. The floor. Somebody looked at a set of plans and said the warm part should be the part you stand on, went out of their way to do it, and then moved away and left it for whoever came next. 5 things I love in this Midvale home, listed at $460,000: The living room. The main living space just works. The original charm, built-ins and wood features still here, which gets rarer every year. The bathroom. How cute is it? And it opens from the hallway and from a bedroom, which somebody drew that way on purpose. The backyard. Space, and plenty of it for a dog to run. Radiant heat. In the floor. I buried it at number 5 and I regret it already. None of this is an accident. Somebody chose all of it and then handed it over. What do you look for when you’re home shopping? Tell me the one thing you’d add to this list, I’m collecting them. Kelsey June Earl, Realtor | Keller Williams South Valley
