Not the living room. Not the hallway. The kitchen, the one room where I am definitely awake and definitely standing still for 4 minutes waiting on coffee. Somebody did the math on that and I would like to shake their hand. 3 things I love about this Herriman townhome: The windows. That morning light in the kitchen is the best thing in the house and it is free. The floor plan. 3 bedrooms, with the laundry and a bathroom together, and then the primary bedroom on the opposite side. Somebody drew that line on purpose. Somebody argued for that line. The location. Trader Joe’s opened down the street this month, and Target is under construction in The Commons at Herriman Towne Center, the city says it’s expected sometime in 2027. None of it is an accident. A townhome is a stack of decisions somebody made and then handed to whoever came next. What do you look for in a townhome?
