Is the price insane? Yes. Not fighting you on that one. But to whoever picked the pink bathtub — or the avocado one, or the harvest gold one — you were right. We were wrong. I'm sorry it took us this long. Somewhere in there was a room full of adults who decided that bathrooms get a color and kitchens get an opinion. Visionaries, all of them. Somebody chose that wallpaper on purpose. Somebody put the living room two steps lower for no reason at all. Somebody installed an intercom so they could yell across the house more efficiently. Somebody built a wet bar. In a house. For themselves. Somebody added a little shelf just for the telephone, as though the telephone needed somewhere to live. And somebody stuck a twig in the front yard knowing full well they'd never see it big. That twig is enormous now. It's the only thing in the whole place you can't buy. A kitchen takes 6 weeks. That took 40 years and a person with zero expectation of shade. Will I check the electrical panel and the plumbing before I let you fall in love? Obviously. I'm still a Realtor.
