Three things I didn't get to on camera: Those windows that twist to open are called tilt-turn windows — they swing in like a door or tip inward from the top for airflow. Worth knowing the name, because it's what you'd ask a builder for. The en suite in every bedroom is the detail I'd actually chase. Finishes, paint and fixtures are all things you can change later. Adding a bathroom means plumbing, framing and permits, so it's a thing to notice while you're shopping rather than plan to fix. That's the whole filter, really. On any tour, sort what you're seeing into hard to change and easy to change. Window placement, ceiling height, where the light lands, how the rooms connect — hard. Everything your eye goes to first — easy. Most people fall for the easy list and then live with the hard one. Send this to whoever you'd bring here.
