A seller who bought years ago has a rate they will never see again and a payment they’re comfortable with. They don’t have to move. They’ll stay happily — or they’ll move for a number. So the number goes on the listing. Then a buyer walks in. And buyers right now are not looking for a project. They want a house that’s done. Here’s the part I’d add: done and done well are not the same thing. A buyer can tell when somebody actually loved the work — the cuts line up, the tile meets the trim, somebody cared about the part nobody was going to photograph. Buyers have seen every house on their phone before they walk into one. They notice. So you get 2 people being completely reasonable, a long way apart. What’s the one thing in a remodel that tells you somebody cared? ⭐ Kelsey June Earl · your lifelong friend in real estate · Keller Williams South Valley · 801-419-8917 · [email protected]
