The video covers what you're actually choosing between. This is how you find out. Four things to request in writing before you sign anything: The loan type, plus the lender's name and number. Have your agent call that lender. Don't just read the letter. Whether that approval has been through underwriting or is only a pre-qualification. Ask the lender directly — that's their answer to give, not the buyer's. Proof of funds. Once for the down payment, and separately for any appraisal shortfall the buyer said they'd cover. An agreement to cover a gap is only worth the cash sitting behind it. Your dates, in the contract. If you need extra time in the house after closing, that goes in writing before you accept — not into a conversation you'll be having the week you're supposed to move. The offer you'll feel good about is usually the one where all four came back without a "we'll figure it out." Which of the four would you want answered first? #UtahRealEstate #UtahHomeSellers #SellingYourHouse #SaltLakeRealEstate #StGeorgeUtah ⭐ Kelsey Earl | Your lifelong friend in real estate | Keller Williams South Valley | 801-419-8917 | [email protected]
