This site is run by Kelsey June Earl, a licensed Utah real estate agent with Keller Williams South Valley. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What you type into a form. If you request a home value, a Buying Power Report, a guide, or send a message, I get what you entered — typically your name, email, phone, property address, and whatever notes you added. Nothing else.
Basic traffic data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs and aggregate visit counts as part of serving and protecting the site.
Analytics. [Kelsey — name whatever you actually end up using here, or say "none" if you use nothing. Right now the site has no analytics installed, so "none" is currently the true answer.]
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a tracking pixel.
To answer you, and to send you the specific thing you asked for. If you sign up for the Answer Sheet or The Herriman Insider, to send you that newsletter until you unsubscribe.
That is the entire list. I do not use your information to build a profile, and requesting a home value does not silently enroll you in a marketing sequence.
I do not sell your information. Not to lead companies, not to lenders, not to anyone.
I do not pass your details to a third party except where it is necessary to do the work you asked for — for example, my brokerage where a transaction requires it, or the email service that delivers a newsletter you signed up for. Those providers handle the data on my behalf and are not free to use it for their own purposes.
I do not share your address with other agents as a referral without telling you first.
I follow the Fair Housing Act and Utah fair housing law. I do not steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class, and I do not collect that information about you.
Client and transaction records are retained for the period Utah real estate rules and my brokerage require. [Kelsey — your broker can give you the exact retention period; it belongs here.] Newsletter signups are kept until you unsubscribe. If you asked a question and it went nowhere, that message is not kept indefinitely.
Unsubscribe from any newsletter with the link at the bottom of it, or by replying and asking.
Ask what I have on you, and I will tell you.
Ask me to delete it, and I will, except for records I am legally required to retain.
Email [email protected] or call 801-419-8917 for any of these.
This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than slipped in quietly.
