What features do you have to have?👀
Somebody stood in this kitchen and decided the water wasn’t good enough. Not for guests. For themselves. On a Tuesday. And then they went and did something about it. Reverse osmosis for the drinking water. A water softener for everything else. A new water heater. Not one of those photographs. Not one of them shows up in a listing description. You cannot see a single one from the curb. Herriman’s own water quality page calls our water very hard, the city’s cutoff for “very hard” is 10 grains per gallon, and the local wells usually run 25 to 60. You feel that in the shower. You taste it in a glass of water. So somebody fixed it. For themselves. And then they moved, and whoever buys this townhouse inherits a decision they never had to make. (There are also quartz countertops, which I touched immediately, because that’s what I do.) 3 things you’d walk straight past on a tour and be grateful for every single morning. What’s the feature you look for, tell me the one nobody notices. Kelsey June Earl, Keller Williams South Valley
