You all added the rest after my last one, so here’s the full list: Rekey the locks Update the security system so the access is actually yours The toilet seats (see above) Clean the oven, because you don’t know what’s in there and you don’t want to find out at 400 degrees Clean out the dishwasher filter Flush the water heater, or have someone do it for you Run the washer and dryer empty and clean them out New furnace filter Every single one of these is the same thing, which is why I keep making this video: you’re taking a house out of somebody else’s hands and putting it in yours. The locks, the seats, the filters, that’s the handoff. That’s the whole list. What did I miss this time?
