I ask for all 3. Not because I think something’s wrong — because there is no version of walking through a house where you’d notice. Radon has a real number on it. Utah’s Department of Environmental Quality says 1 in 3 Utah homes test above the EPA action level of 4 picocuries per liter, and the average Utah home comes in around 5.3. The EPA calls indoor radon the leading cause of lung cancer in people who never smoked. Meth has a number too. Utah’s decontamination standard is 1.0 microgram per 100 square centimeters. You are not going to spot a microgram. And Utah’s Department of Health and Human Services publishes a guide for buyers that tells them to talk to their realtor about meth testing. So consider this me holding up my end. I’ve had a test come back positive before. That’s all I’ll say about it. Have you ever had one of these come back with something? I want to hear it. ⭐ Kelsey June Earl · 801-419-8917 · [email protected] · Keller Williams South Valley · your lifelong friend in real estate
