A security bar. A sticky door. An alarm code. An agent can plan around anything you tell them. Can't take the pet with you? Say so. An agent who finds a dog nobody mentioned will usually end the showing at the door. "Ready" is smaller than you think. Lights on, blinds open, floors and counters clear. Not new countertops. And you can't smell your own house.
