I’m checking for a water line. If it’s there — great. Ice, water, done. Somebody thought about it. If it isn’t, that’s a project, and how big a project depends entirely on where the nearest water is. Sink right next to the fridge? Usually a lot simpler. Sink across the kitchen, or on the other side of a wall? Now somebody’s figuring out the shortest run, and then figuring out where to hide it. Nobody asks about this at a showing. And it’s the thing you think about every single day you live there, standing at the fridge with a glass in your hand. Worth asking a plumber what it’d take before you assume it’s nothing. What do you check that nobody else thinks to? Leave it below, these are my favorite comments. ⭐ Kelsey June Earl | your lifelong friend in real estate Keller Williams South Valley 801-419-8917 | [email protected]
