The kitchen. Space all the way around the fridge — above it, below it, beside it. Stone counters. Stainless appliances. Somebody stood in here with a tape measure and refused to let the fridge win. The patio, straight off the kitchen. One door, that’s it. A stone pathway, plants that have clearly been here longer than anyone reading this, and just enough patio to sit someone down on. The office, right off the main floor. Not upstairs. Not in a basement corner. Right there. Floor plan is the first thing I notice in any house, and this one was organized by somebody who thought about where they’d actually be walking. What do you look for in a floor plan? Leave it below — I read all of them. ⭐ Kelsey June Earl · your lifelong friend in real estate Keller Williams South Valley 801-419-8917 · [email protected]
